You aren’t broken, friend.
CORPORATE DROPOUT TURNED SYSTEMS WITCH. ▼howdy, I’m Riot (they/them).
I build systems that work on your worst brain day, when you're out of spoons.
Because if a system only works when you’re at 100%, it doesn’t work.
TAKE IT FROM ME ▼I learned that the hard way.
I used to be a corporate communications and events specialist—
the kind of job that looks impressive on paper. Organized. Fast-paced. High-performing. ON.
And I was miserable.
Because no matter how “good” I was at my job, everything felt harder than it was supposed to.
The systems, the expectations, the pace—they weren’t built for someone like me.
They weren’t neuroaffirming. They weren’t flexible. AND They didn’t account for fluctuating capacity.
So I kept SETTING MYSELF ON FIRE, trying to fix myself instead.
Be more disciplined. Be more consistent. Try harder. Push through.
GUESS WHAT? It didn’t work.
Most people will tell you that consistency is about willpower.
That if you just had more discipline, better habits, more structure, MORE HOURS IN THE DAY, WHATEVER…you’d finally be able to show up the way you want to.
AND HONESTLY? I think that’s bullshit.
Because that advice only works for people whose capacity is stable, predictable, and supported.
And for a lot of us NEURODIVERGENT, TIRED, CHRONICALLY ILL PEOPLE? It’s not.
Burnout isn’t a mindset problem. It’s a structural AND SYSTEMIC one.
HOW THE WORLD OPERATES ▼WE BUILD THINGS THAT WORK FOR US — NOT THE OTHER GUYS. FROM AUTORESPONDERS TO BRANDING PROJECTS, WE’RE creating SUPPORT SYSTEMS THAT MAKE THIS WHOLE BUSINESS THING FEEL A LITTLE MORE EASEFUL.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT▼-
Not necessarily, but believing in a better world and being kind to yourself is half the process, and pretty magical if you ask me.
-
I’m not here to turn you into a perfectly optimized machine.
I’m here to help you build a business that actually works with your brain—
even on the days where everything feels harder. -
Call it systems. Call it infrastructure. Call it a little bit of witchcraft.
brand development
social or inbox implementation
content development
events and retreats support
education and workshops
Either way— we’re building something that holds.
