Content systems

client: COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION

the problem

The team was often stuck in “starting mode,” with ideas present but no repeatable structure to turn them into consistent output or follow-through across channels.

I stepped in to design a simplified content system that clarified offering types, reduced decision fatigue, and created a repeatable framework for planning and producing content across platforms. This system was built to be used again and again, removing the need to re-figure out strategy each time content was created. it became a repeatable ritual.

An internal content system was developed to support ongoing visibility efforts within a mission-driven organization that was consistently aware of the need to show up publicly—but they lacked clarity on what to say, where to say it, and how to sustain it over time.

the results

The result was a shift toward more ease in execution, less time lost in indecision or reworking ideas, and a noticeable reduction in the guilt and pressure that came from gaps between posting or planning cycles.

Content became one less unstable piece in an otherwise evolving organizational environment, where a tired director wore so many hats.
