experience Infrastructure

client: therapist + doula | Campaign: care camp, virtual - 14 weeks

the problem

A long-term virtual workshop container was becoming difficult to hold operationally—too many moving parts across participant chats, shared links, resources, and internal communications. The structure of the experience wasn’t supporting the experience itself.

I stepped into the live container through hands-on tech support, participant follow-up, and active spaceholding throughout the workshop flow—helping stabilize the backend so the front-end experience could feel grounded and ORGANIZED.

the results

The result was a smoother-running workshop environment with fewer breakdowns in communication, no lost links or resources, and participants who felt more consistently supported throughout the experience.

The container didn’t change in intention—but the facilitator and participants could be better held in real time.
